新年伊始,从江苏省淮安市楚州区财政部门传出喜讯,该区2006年财政收入首次突破5亿元大关,实际完成56604万元,完成年度预算数的126%,比2005年37596万元增收19008万元,增长了50.6%,其中,地方一般预算收入完成32444万元,完成年度预算数的132%,同比增收11252万元,增长53%。财政收入和地方一般预算收入总量、完成率、增长率均处在所辖市前列。切实为“十五”结好尾,“十一五”开好局。
