据上海纺织局党委调查,目前还存在一些问题,影响企业党务干部和政工人员的工作积极性. 一、淡化政治、淡化党的领导、淡化思想政治工作的影响在党务干部思想深处仍有阴影.尽管党委与政工机构逐渐恢复.但重行政轻党务的倾向仍很普遍.对党的工作在企业中的地位与作用,仍有不少模糊认识. 二、党务工作者的劳动未得到应有的尊重和理解.特别在职称评定、工资奖金、社会待遇方面,党务干部与行政经济技术干部比,存在明显差别.由此,引起党务和政工干部队伍思想波动,觉得党务工作没奔头.
