采用正交试验对脑心通口服液提取工艺中的提取时间、醇沉浓度、醇沉 p H值几个因素进行了考察 ,以葛根素的含量为指标 ,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量 ,优选出了最佳提取工艺。
Orthogonal test was used to investigate the extraction time, alcohol concentration, and p H value of ethanol concentration in the extraction process of Naoxintong Oral Liquid. The content of puerarin was used as an index to determine its content by high performance liquid chromatography. Optimal extraction process is preferred.
