均衡发展问题似乎已成为热门话题。为什么要提出均衡这个概念和均衡发展问题?因为现实中的经济社会发展存在着严重不均衡现象。如何实现未来社会发展的均衡,我的基本观点是:我们需要新的发展模式、新的治理模式和新的发展观。
It seems that the issue of balanced development has become a hot topic. Why should we put forward the concept of equilibrium and the issue of balanced development? Because of the serious imbalance in the economic and social development in reality. How to achieve a balanced social development in the future? My basic view is that we need a new development model, a new governance model and a new development concept.
