自新课程实施以来,通过学习和践行课改理论,可以说大家都充分感受到了课程改革的魅力。与传统教学相比,教师成长的空间更加广泛。教师不仅可以从教材中获取学习资源,还可以从学生、同事、自身及各种书籍、网络中得到提升。也就是教师的学习方式呈现多样化,学习资源多元化。下面把自己在课程改革中的一些体会总结如下,希望与大家分享,同时以期得到领导、专家的指导。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum, by studying and practicing the theory of curriculum reform, we can all say that we have fully felt the charm of the curriculum reform. Compared with the traditional teaching, teachers grow more extensive space. Teachers can not only get learning resources from teaching materials, but also can be promoted from students, colleagues, themselves and various books and networks. That is to say, teachers’ learning styles are diversified and their learning resources diversified.
