针对机制砂在道路混凝土应用中流动性、保水性、强度及耐久性差等诸多问题,在机制砂道路混凝土中掺入天然砂和粉煤灰等掺合料,调整机制砂级配,达到对道路混凝土改性目的。研究表明:天然细砂,粉煤灰的掺入一定程度上弥补了机制砂级配上的缺陷,改善其工作性和耐久性,减少了干缩性,提高了耐磨,抗冻性能;混凝土强度并没有明显减少,个别甚至略微增加。当机制砂与天然细砂掺配比例为5:5~6:4,粉煤灰等量或超量取代水泥为10~20%;粉煤灰10%+细砂30%的组合时,机制砂道路混凝土性能最好。
