随着我国医疗卫生事业的发展,磁共振(MRI)和CT已被各大医院普遍启用。但在使用过程中均遇到危重病人上下检查床不便的困难,尤其是体重重的昏迷病人。为了解决这个问题,我们设计了MCS专用担架,经三个月的实际应用,已证明能够解决上述困难,并具有一定的实用价值。现介绍给同道参考,欢迎采用。①MCS专用担架的构造(参照相片1、2)材料:选用非金属、低吸收X线的高强度材料制作,对MRI和CT扫描均不产生影响。
With the development of medical and health care in our country, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and CT have been widely used in major hospitals. However, in the course of use are encountered critically ill patients bed up and down the inconvenience of difficulty, especially heavy weight unconscious patients. In order to solve this problem, we designed a special stretcher MCS, after three months of practical application, has proved to be able to solve the above difficulties, and has some practical value.
