人才流动,从社会角度看是必然趋势。从企业角度看高层次的科研、管理人才入不敷出,就属于人才流失问题。它对于稳定队伍,实现目标,将产生不利的影响。本文从一个企业的角度分析目前人才流失的原因,并提出相应的对策。
The flow of talents is an inevitable trend from a social perspective. Looking at the high-level scientific research and management talent from the perspective of the enterprise, it is a problem of brain drain. It will have an adverse effect on stabilizing the team and achieving its goals. This article analyzes the current causes of brain drain from a company’s perspective and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
