癫痫发作与免疫的关系日益受到重视,许多研究和实验都证明癫痫确与免疫有关,并有材料表明可能与自身抗体有关,其中包括抗脑组织抗体。有关癫痫与抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体国外仅有个别报道。我们测定了15例典型失神发作癫痫与13例不典型失神发作癫痫患者血清中抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体
The relationship between seizures and immune system is receiving more and more attention. Many researches and experiments have proved that epilepsy is indeed related to immunity. Some materials indicate that it may be related to autoantibodies, including anti-brain tissue antibodies. Epilepsy and anti-acetylcholine receptor antibodies abroad only a few reports. We measured 15 cases of typical absence seizures and 13 cases of atypical absence seizures in patients with serum anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody
