抽油机电液伺服模拟试验系统是有杆抽油系统工作状况模拟试验装置的提升装置。它可以模拟有杆抽油系统的工作状况 ,复现各种抽油机悬点的运动规律 ,为有杆抽油系统及其各部分机理和性能的试验研究提供运动条件。为满足系统功能要求 ,在系统设计中 ,采用了大功率、大流量的电液伺服驱动系统 ,并重点解决了系统的高效节能问题。
The pumping unit electro-hydraulic servo simulation test system is a lifting device of the rod rod pumping system working condition simulation test device. It can simulate the working condition of sucker rod pumping system, reproduce the movement rules of various pumping units, and provide the conditions for the experimental research of sucker rod pumping system and its mechanism and performance. In order to meet the functional requirements of the system, a high-power, high-flow electro-hydraulic servo drive system is adopted in the system design, and the problem of high efficiency and energy saving of the system is mainly solved.
