目的了解太原市城区小学生有关伤害预防和应急处理知识的现状,为进一步制定预防小学生伤害干预措施提供参考依据。方法按随机整群抽样方法,抽取太原市2所小学四、五年级学生665名进行问卷调查。结果小学生有关伤害预防和应急处理知识最高得分48分,最低18分,平均分为32.5分。女生知识平均得分(32.9±4.2)高于男生(32.0±4.7),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。五年级学生知识平均得分(33.3±4.3)高于四年级(31.7±4.5),差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。父母亲的文化程度不同,学生的知识得分差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论小学生对伤害预防和应急处理知识了解不足。应根据不同性别、年级特点开展安全知识教育。
Objective To understand the status quo of knowledge about injuries prevention and emergency treatment among primary school students in Taiyuan city and provide references for further prevention and treatment of injuries to pupils. Methods According to the random cluster sampling method, 665 students from Grade Four and Grade Five primary schools in Taiyuan City were selected for questionnaire survey. Results The pupils’ knowledge of injury prevention and emergency response reached the highest score of 48, the lowest score of 18, and the average score of 32.5. The average score of girls’ knowledge (32.9 ± 4.2) was higher than that of boys (32.0 ± 4.7), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The fifth grade students’ average score of knowledge (33.3 ± 4.3) was higher than the fourth grade (31.7 ± 4.5), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The parents ’education level is different, the difference of students’ knowledge score is statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The pupils do not know enough about injury prevention and emergency treatment knowledge. Should be based on gender, grade characteristics of safety education.
