竞争的加剧及企业生存环境的恶化,迫使企业纷纷采用精细化管理手段来加快企业物流、降低企业生产成本,MES无疑是实现企业精细化管理非常有力的工具。本文以某一典型离散型制造业为背景,首先简要介绍了基于RFID技术的MES系统实现的基本原理,然后通过该系统在离散型制造业实施难点及风险进行了详细分析,提出了应对MES实施难点及风险的对策。这种分析思路及关注点对打算实施或正在实施MES系统的类似企业具有较好的参考和借鉴作用。
