目的了解济南市成年人牙齿缺失及修复情况。方法 2013年8~10月根据第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方法[1],对到山东省千佛山医院口腔科门诊就诊的360例病人进行口腔问卷调查和口腔健康检查。结果在360例被调查者中牙列完整108例(30.00%),牙列缺损237例(65.83%),牙列缺失15例(4.17%)。失牙总数1 638颗,失牙均数4.55颗。上下颌缺牙分别为867颗和771颗,义齿修复率为54.76%。结论济南市成年人缺牙率较高而义齿修复率较低,应积极开展口腔卫生保健和修复必要性的宣传,降低失牙率,提高义齿修复率。
Objective To understand the situation of tooth loss and repair in adults in Jinan City. Methods From August to October 2013, according to the third national oral health epidemiological survey [1], oral questionnaires and oral health examinations were performed on 360 patients who visited the Department of Stomatology, Qianfoshan Hospital, Shandong Province. Results Among the 360 respondents, there were 108 cases (30.00%) with complete dentition, 237 cases (65.83%) with dentition defect and 15 cases (4.17%) with dentition defect. The total number of missing teeth was 638, and the number of lost teeth was 4.55. There were 867 teeth and 771 teeth in the maxillary and mandibular teeth, respectively. The denture repair rate was 54.76%. Conclusion In Jinan City, there is a high rate of missing teeth and a low rate of denture restoration in adults. Efforts should be made to promote orthodontic hygiene and repair, to reduce the rate of tooth loss and to improve the rate of denture restoration.
