社交媒体成为新闻从业者工作实践和日常生活中使用的重要工具,这种使用带来何种政治效应?本文探讨了新闻从业者的四种社交媒体运用模式及其政治参与效应,并从人口统计学、组织因素和心理因素等方面加以探讨。调查发现,“公共表达”、“后台披露”和“工作运用”等使用模式对政治参与具有积极影响,“职业扩散”对其社交媒体政治参与具有消极影响。组织因素方面,不同“单位类型”和“工作职称”的从业者在运用社交媒体进行政治参与方面存在显著差异。微信和微博使用的政治参与效应截然相反。新闻从业者的社交媒体使用对其政治参与行为产生了深远影响,本研究也从侧面阐释了社交媒体使用对特定职业群体政治参与的综合效应。
Social media has become an important tool used by news practitioners in their work practice and daily life. What political effects does this kind of use bring? This article explores the four social media usage patterns of journalists and their political participation effects, Learning, organizational factors and psychological factors to explore. The survey found that the usage patterns such as “public expression”, “backstage disclosure” and “work application” have a positive impact on political participation, and “professional proliferation” has a negative impact on their social media political participation. In terms of organizational factors, practitioners with different “unit type” and “job title” have significant differences in using social media for political participation. The effects of WeChat and Weibo on political participation are diametrically opposed. The use of social media by journalists has had a profound impact on their political participation. This study also illustrates the comprehensive effects of the use of social media on political participation by specific occupational groups.
