26例内听道脑池气造影CT检查中,诊断为听神经瘤4例,3例为内听道小听神经瘤,1例属中型;内听道小囊肿1例;面-听神经血管袢压迫综合征5例;蛛网膜炎2例;14例CT表现正常。认为Gas-CTC检查方法简便,分辨率高,是目前诊断和排除内听道及桥小脑角病变最敏感可靠的方法。结合文献对Gas-CTC检查方法作了改进。
26 cases of auditory brainstem airway gasography CT examination, diagnosed as acoustic neuroma in 4 cases, 3 cases of small auditory sphincter of acoustic stenosis, 1 case of medium; small intraciliary sphincter in 1 case; surface - auditory neurovascular 袢 oppression synthesis Sign in 5 cases; 2 cases of arachnoiditis; 14 cases of CT showed normal. Gas-CTC is considered as a simple, high-resolution method for the diagnosis and exclusion of the most sensitive and reliable method of internal auditory canal and bridge cerebellar angle lesion. Gas-CTC inspection method was improved in combination with the literature.
