在总结我国农村成人教育发展现状基础上,分析目前管理工作存在的问题,引出农村成人教育管理体制机制创新的必要性,进而提出一些针对性建议及这些建议得以落实的保障机制,以期实现农村成人教育的进一步发展。
On the basis of summarizing the current situation of the development of adult education in rural areas in our country, the paper analyzes the existing problems in management and leads to the necessity of innovating institutional mechanisms for rural adult education management.
