6月13日,福建省教育厅宣布,从今年秋季入学起,福建省正式实施免费特殊教育,对在特殊教育学校和普通学校附设特教班就读的残疾学生实行“三免两补”政策,即免学杂费、免教科书费、免住宿费,补助生活费、补助交通费,资助范围为学前至高中阶段的2.6万名学生。另外,普通高校在校生中家庭经济困难的残疾学生,全部享受国家助学金。据福建省教育厅基础教育处有关负责人介绍,福建省将加大特殊教育经费投入力度,提高残疾学生的资助水平。
On June 13, Fujian Provincial Department of Education announced that starting from the autumn of this year, Fujian Province has formally implemented free special education and implemented “three exemptions and two subsidies” for students with disabilities attending special education schools and ordinary schools.
