1964年出生的褚富宝,是嘉兴市南湖区余新镇余西村党员创业带头人。和村里的其他妇女一样,她曾经拉过横机,到服装厂打过工,但总觉得跟在别人后面干,赚不了多少钱。2001年起,褚富宝在村里率先种起了大棚西甜瓜,经过近3年的拜师学艺和刻苦钻研,褚富宝掌握了一手过硬的西甜瓜种植技术。
Chu Fu Bao was born in 1964, is the pioneer of Yu Xixian Yu Xin Village, Nanhu District, Jiaxing City. Like other women in the village, she used to pull across a flat knitting machine and went to the garment factory to work, but she always felt that she would not be able to make any money behind the others. Since 2001, Chu Fu Bao took the lead in planting the greenhouse Cantaloupe in the village. After nearly 3 years of apprenticeship and painstaking research, Chu Fu Bao mastered the excellent melon planting techniques.
