高炉炼铁在当前钢铁生产流程中占据着主导地位,利用计算机系统和自动化技术来对高炉日常生产进行有效判断和管理,一直是高炉炼铁领域的追求目标和发展方向。文章针对高炉日常生产的管理智能化进行研究,系统介绍了高炉智能化生产管理系统的研发特点和应用情况。研究和应用的结果表明,高炉智能化生产管理系统能够对高炉的日常操作和管理提供实时建议和有效的管理指导,为高炉操作和管理人员提供科学的决策依据。
Blast furnace ironmaking occupies a dominant position in the current steel production process. Using computer system and automation technology to effectively judge and manage the daily production of blast furnace has always been the goal and development direction of blast furnace ironmaking. In this paper, the intelligent management of daily production of blast furnace is studied, and the characteristics and application of blast furnace intelligent production management system are introduced systematically. The research and application results show that the blast furnace intelligent production management system can provide real-time advice and effective management guidance to the daily operation and management of the blast furnace, and provide scientific decision-making basis for blast furnace operation and management personnel.
