应用POLYFLOW软件对叶片挤出机中聚合物熔体的流动特性进行了数值模拟。结果表明:叶片单元内熔体的流场压力沿轴向方向(即熔体输送方向)逐渐降低,在相邻两单元进出口处压力梯度较大,同时流场压力沿圆周方向的分布呈阶梯状;流场速度在相邻单元进出口附近轴向速度梯度较大,存在拉伸流动。
POLYFLOW software was used to simulate the flow characteristics of the polymer melt in the blade extruder. The results show that the pressure in the flow field decreases gradually along the axial direction (ie, the melt transport direction), and the pressure gradient at the inlet and outlet of two adjacent units is large. Meanwhile, the distribution of the pressure in the circumferential direction is in the form of a step The velocity of the flow field is larger near the inlet and outlet of the adjacent units, and there is an extensional flow.
