计划生育政策施行以来取得了显著的成果,但是也催生了独生子女这个群体,没有兄弟姐妹的共同成长,受到父母的溺爱,这些独生子女表现出精神发育迟滞的状态,对他们的健康成长造成了不良的影响。而这种精神发育迟滞儿童带给他们父母的刺激同样不少,他们的心理健康状态也受到了很大的影响。本文分析了精神发育迟滞儿童父母的心理健康影响因素,在此基础上提出了相应的干预对策,希望能够调节和改善精神发育迟滞儿童父母的心理健康状态。
