例1 男 60岁。左眼被农药溅入后视力下降5年,曾在外院按“角膜炎”治疗,于1988年6月15日来诊。视力:右眼0.4,左眼0.1。左眼角膜周边部8点钟位见2.5mm×3.5mm不甚规则的灰白色扁平状新生物,表面不平,与角膜粘连较甚,未侵入球结膜,有新生血管。门诊切除新生物送病理检查,符合Bowen病的病理改变。住院后于6月29日在左眼病灶部位行角膜板层移植术(包括病灶外围的正常组织2mm),术后移植片生
