该作者对Lousvil le市Kosair儿童医院1988年12月~1989年6月因头部外伤而住院的50例患儿(年龄2~17岁,平均9岁)的听力情况进行研究,外伤情况分析包括:外伤原因,伤后有否意识障碍,Glasgow昏迷分级得分〔Glasgow Comascale(GCS)scores〕情况。所有患者均行颅骨照片和CT扫描。听力检查是在入院后24~48小时内进行。结果,25例(50%)听阈和鼓室压正常,16例(32%)呈传导性听力障碍,9例(18%)感音性听力障碍,其中8例呈轻度高频听力损失和1例轻度
The authors studied the hearing status of 50 patients (aged 2-17 years, mean age 9 years) hospitalized at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Lousvil le between December 1988 and June 1989 for head trauma. The traumatic analysis included : Causes of trauma, consciousness after injury, Glasgow Coma Scale (Glasgow Comascale (GCS) Scores). All patients underwent skull photographs and CT scans. Hearing examination is carried out within 24 to 48 hours after admission. Results Twenty-five (50%) had normal hearing threshold and tympanic pressure, 16 (32%) had conductive hearing impairment and 9 (18%) sensory hearing impairment, 8 of which showed mild high-frequency hearing loss and 1 Case mild
