苏联乌克兰水利事业工程学院利用水玻璃和烧碱浮渣制备了民用、公共和工业建筑物隔热层用的多孔混凝土。用水玻璃制备多孔混凝土时使用符合 FOCT25818-83要求的电站粉煤灰、钠质水玻璃(FOCT13078-81)和工业苛性钠(FOCT5494-71)作为原料。试样是将粉煤灰与水玻璃一起拌合,再加入发泡剂浇注成型。用铝粉水悬浮液作发泡剂。其膨胀速度用苛性钠调节,凝结时间用生石灰调节(表1)。
The Ukrainian Ukrainian Institute of Water Conservancy Engineering used water glass and caustic scum to prepare cellular concrete for the insulation of civil, public and industrial buildings. For the preparation of porous concrete with water glass, power station fly ash, sodium water glass (FOCT13078-81) and industrial caustic soda (FOCT5494-71) that meet the requirements of FOCT25818-83 are used as raw materials. The sample is mixed with fly ash and water glass, and then added into the foaming agent casting. An aluminum powder suspension was used as a foaming agent. The swelling rate was adjusted with caustic soda and the setting time was adjusted with quicklime (Table 1).
