本文从科技期刊自身角度,探求精品科技期刊的含义和在全球经济一体化形势下,中国科技期刊精品发展的思路。从根本上讲,中国精品科技期刊的发展应以提高科技期刊的学术质量,提升科技期刊的服务水平以及塑造科技期刊的品质风格为核心内容。但是,精品科技期刊的发展需要适宜的环境条件,需要社会各方面的广泛支持。为此,我们需要大力推进科技期刊的网络化和规模化运作,积极探索市场化经营和产业化发展,着力强化科技期刊的品牌经营意识,以加快中国精品科技期刊的发展。
This article, from the perspective of sci-tech periodicals, explores the meaning of periodical sci-tech periodicals and the train of thought for the development of sci-tech periodicals in China under the condition of global economic integration. Fundamentally speaking, the development of Chinese high-quality periodicals should focus on improving the academic quality of the periodicals, improving the service level of the periodicals, and shaping the quality and style of the periodicals. However, the development of quality sci-tech periodicals needs suitable environmental conditions and requires broad support from all sectors of society. To this end, we need to vigorously promote the networked and scaled operation of sci-tech periodicals, actively explore market-oriented management and industrialization, and strive to intensify the brand management awareness of sci-tech periodicals so as to speed up the development of quality sci-tech periodicals in China.
