文章在借鉴 ESI 原理的基础上,提出了中国的期刊高被引指数概念,并阐述了期刊高被引指数的具体指标算法和在期刊评价分析方面的应用功能。
Based on the principle of ESI, this paper puts forward the concept of highly cited index of Chinese periodicals and expounds the specific indexing algorithm of high cited index of periodicals and its application function in periodical evaluation and analysis.
