本文利用大型 ADINA有限元程序对三维切槽孔、二维切槽孔和圆形孔爆破作了线弹性数值分析 ,结果表明三维槽孔爆破具有应力高度集中现象、应力的空间分布可以人为控制、切槽效应小于二维切槽孔爆破 ,遵守能量守恒规律。这说明三维切槽孔爆破方法能够应用于破岩爆破 ,其效率明显高于传统的圆孔爆破方法。
In this paper, a large-scale ADINA finite element program was used to analyze the linear elastic numerical analysis of three-dimensional slotted holes, two-dimensional slotted holes and circular hole blasting. The results show that the three-dimensional slotted blasting has the stress concentration phenomenon, the spatial distribution of stress can be artificially controlled, Notching effect less than two-dimensional slotted hole blasting, abide by the law of conservation of energy. This shows that the three-dimensional slotted hole blasting method can be applied to broken rock blasting, the efficiency is obviously higher than the traditional round hole blasting method.
