现如今的高校英语教学深受教师和有关部门的关注,因为高校学生在未来的社会发展中必将会有着不同的发展方向,也会从事不同的岗位,对于不同岗位的工作人员而言,所要从事的工作性质是不同的,为了能够更好的体现出高校英语教学的专业性,有关教师就应该加强对高校英语教学的管理和认识,学会运用ESP教学模式来进一步的提升英语教学,这也是为了培养高素质的英语专业人才奠定坚实的基础。本文笔者将会针对ESP教学模式在英语教学中的作用等内容进行具体的分析和阐述。
