目的用重组日本血吸虫铁蛋白免疫小鼠,观察抗血吸虫的免疫保护作用。方法用重组的日本血吸虫铁蛋白(GM-CSF-SjFerritin)免疫小鼠,经皮下免疫 3次,在第 3次免疫后 4周,经腹部感染日本血吸虫尾蚴40条或50条,45d后杀鼠,观察减虫效果。结果用GM-CSF-SjFerritin、IL-12+ GM-CSF-SjFerritin和 FCA+ GM-CSF-SjFerritln免疫小鼠分别获得 22. 86%、 25. 63%和39 81%的减虫率。结论本研究首次证明铁蛋白能诱导抗血吸虫病保护性免疫。
Objective To immunize mice with recombinant Schistosoma japonicum ferritin to observe the anti-schistosome immunoprotection. Methods Mice were immunized with recombinant GM-CSF-Sj Ferritin and subcutaneously immunized three times. Four or 50 weeks after the third immunization, 40 or 50 S. japonicum cercariae were infected through the abdomen. After 45 days, mice were killed , Observe the effect of de-worming. Results Mice were immunized with GM-CSF-SjFerritin, IL-12 + GM-CSF-SjFerritin and FCA + GM-CSF-SjFerritln respectively. 86%, 25. 63% and 39 81% worm reduction rates. Conclusions This study, for the first time, demonstrates that ferritin induces protective immunity against schistosomiasis.
