目的:寻求来自广西的黑点蛤蚧与来自越南南部的红点蛤蚧在药效差别上的药化基础。方法:利用原子吸收光谱仪和氨基酸自动分析仪,检测这两类蛤蚧的4种微量元素和17种氨基酸含量。结果:红点蛤蚧的Cu、Fe及人体必需氨基酸的含量比黑点蛤蚧的高许多。结论:红点蛤蚧的营养滋补作用比黑点蛤蚧强。
OBJECTIVE: To search for the basis of pharmacodynamics in the efficacy difference between the black spotted quail from Guangxi and the red spotted quail from southern Vietnam. Methods: The contents of 4 trace elements and 17 amino acids in these two types of earthworms were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry and automatic amino acid analyzer. RESULTS: The content of Cu, Fe and essential amino acids in the red snapper was much higher than that of the black snapper. Conclusion: The nutritional nourishment of red snapper is stronger than that of black spot.
