和谐是一个古老的话题,古今中外哲学家、思想家都有着深入的论述与探讨。党的十六届四中全会在党的历史上首次提出“构建社会主义和谐社会”的政治理念,并把“和谐社会建设摆在重要位置”。构建社会主义和谐社会是我们党新世纪、新阶段对我国经济社会发展的新要求、新趋势的科学判断和理性抉择,是一项长期的历史任务和重大的现实课题,需要不断进行实践探索和理论研究。本文指出要从马克思主义哲学认识论、历史观、价值观等领域的基本理论出发,深入调查研究,不断认识和把握和谐社会建设的特点和规律,提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力。
Harmony is an ancient topic. Ancient and modern philosophers and thinkers both at home and abroad have in-depth discussions and discussions. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee first proposed in the party’s history the political concept of “building a socialist harmonious society” and placed “the building of a harmonious society” in an important position. " Building a socialist harmonious society is a new requirement for our country’s economic and social development in the new century and in a new phase of our party. Scientific judgments and rational choices of new trends are a long-term historic task and a major realistic issue. We must constantly carry out exploration and practice theoretical research. This paper points out that from the basic theories of epistemology, history and values of Marxism, we should carry out in-depth investigations and studies, constantly recognize and grasp the characteristics and laws of the construction of a harmonious society, and enhance the ability to build a harmonious socialist society.
