初中阶段是人生观、世界观渐渐形成的关键时期,初中生的生理发展和心理发展渐趋成熟。在这人生成长的重要阶段,思想教育显得尤为关键。思想品德课程的老师肩负着引导学生的价值取向,道德导向的神圣使命。如何让枯燥乏味的思想品德课堂焕发出生命的活力,达到“润物细无声”的效果,是新课改背景下,每一个思政工作者都在研究的课题。本文作者根据多年的工作经验积累,在认真分析初中生成长阶段的特点及问题的基础上,提出一些行之有效的上好思想品德教育课的方法,对思想品德教育工作者有一定的借鉴意义。
Junior high school stage is the life outlook, the world outlook gradually formed a critical period, the physiological development of junior high school students and psychological development is becoming more mature. In this important stage of life growth, ideological education is particularly crucial. The teacher of ideological and moral course shoulders the sacred mission of guiding students’ value orientation and moral orientation. How to make the dull ideological and moral classroom glow vitality of life and achieve the effect of “moistening things silently” is a subject that every political worker is studying under the background of the new curriculum reform. Based on many years of accumulated work experience, the author of this article, on the basis of carefully analyzing the characteristics and problems of the junior high school students’ growth stage, put forward some effective ways to improve their ideological and moral education class, which will be of reference to moral education workers .
