在混凝土中掺入扩散剂 N 为主体的减水剂,可以起到减水(或减少水泥用量)、改善和易性、较大幅度提高混凝土的早期强度和28天强度等作用。我国广东东莞县的万江大桥,是一座预应力薄壁箱形连续梁桥,采用顶推法施工,使用500~#五羊牌普通硅酸盐水泥(实测标号最低400~#,最高500~#),按水泥用量的0.8%单独掺入 NNO 作为减水剂拌制早强高强混凝土,取得了良好效果。按照结构不同部位的要求,这座桥的混凝土配合比分别为:
