近接国务院通知,内称:“据内务部报告:我国人民解放军的现役士兵,大多数家在农村,他们服役期满后还要返回农村参加生产。因此,在各地人民公社贯彻执行党的农村政策分配自留地时,对服义务兵役的现役士兵,凡是家在农村的,应当一律按照在家人口计算,分给一份自留地。国务院同意这个意见,希即遵照执行。”据此,各地接此通知后,请即认真贯彻执行,凡是家住我省农村的人民解放军的现役士兵,以前没有分配自留地的,都应分给一份自留地。
