近年来,随着智能手机、平板电脑等移动设备的爆炸性增长,各种移动应用程序(mobile application,简称App)逐渐成为人们日常生活中重要的组成部分。对于西藏这个我国对外传播的重点题材来说,利用App随时随地的特点,开发制作符合外宣“三贴近”原则、符合移动互联网传播规律的新媒体产品,不仅能打开涉藏对外传播的思路,也能有效拓展传统纸质出版物、音像制品和互联网内容以外的全新平台。正是基于这样的理念,北京周报社在2013年策划制作了Faces of Tibet(图?忆西藏)App,为2014年西藏民
In recent years, with the explosive growth of mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs, various mobile application programs have gradually become an important part of people’s daily life. For Tibet, the key theme of our country’s external communications, the development and production of new media products conforming to the principle of “three closerness to the outside world” and conforming to the law of mobile internet communication can make use of the characteristics of the App whenever and wherever possible.
