《中华人民共和国慈善法》于2016年3月16日在第十二届全国人民代表大会第四次会议上通过,由中华人民共和国习近平主席43号令签署公布。这是我国历史上第一部由国家制定的慈善法,将我国慈善事业纳入法律轨道,慈善事业也将进入一个新的发展时代。为了更好地学习慈善法,依法办慈善,本人在学习慈善法的基础上,根据平时工作中遇到的问题和需要,找出50个答案。
The Charity Law of the People’s Republic of China was adopted on March 16, 2016 at the Fourth Session of the Twelfth National People’s Congress and signed by President Xi Jinping Order No. 43 of the People’s Republic of China. This is the first charity law enacted by the state in our history and will bring our charity into the legal orbit and charity will also enter a new era of development. In order to better learn the charity law and do charitable activities in accordance with the law, on the basis of studying the charity law, I found 50 answers based on the problems and needs encountered in normal work.
