目的探讨洛伐他汀对阿霉素肾病大鼠血小板源生长因子(PDGF)表达的影响。方法16只Wistar大鼠在阿霉素注射肾病模型后高脂饮食,并随机分为高脂组及治疗组,治疗组给予洛伐他汀4mg/kg,饲养12周,观察血脂、尿蛋白、肾脏病理改变。结果治疗组血胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、尿蛋白、肾脏病理积分及泡沫细胞明显低于高脂组,肾脏免疫组化显示治疗组PDGF、纤维连接蛋白减少。结论洛伐他汀可减轻高脂血症造成的肾小球损伤,其机制之一为减少PDGF在肾脏中的表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of lovastatin on the expression of platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) in rats with adriamycin-induced nephropathy. Methods Sixteen Wistar rats were injected with doxorubicin into the nephropathy model and were randomly divided into hyperlipidemia group and treatment group. Lovastatin 4 mg / kg was given to the treatment group for 12 weeks. Blood lipid, urine protein, Pathological changes. Results The levels of blood cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, urinary protein, renal pathological score and foam cells in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the high-fat group. Kidney immunohistochemistry showed decreased PDGF and fibronectin in the treatment group. Conclusion Lovastatin can reduce glomerular injury caused by hyperlipidemia. One of the mechanisms is to reduce the expression of PDGF in the kidney.
