转化生长因子(TGF) 是一种具有广泛生物效应的多肽类物质,按分子组成、膜受体结构及生物学效应的不同,分为TGF-α、TGF-β二类。正常的青春发育受下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的控制。此轴功能的提前发动、亢进导致真性性早熟。下丘脑的神经分泌受多种因素的调节,目前认为TGF也参与中枢神经内分泌的调节,它的分泌异常可能与性早熟发病机制有关。
Transforming growth factor (TGF) is a kind of polypeptide with a wide range of biological effects. It is divided into two classes: TGF-α and TGF-β according to the molecular composition, membrane receptor structure and biological effects. Normal puberty is controlled by the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis. This axis function in advance to start, hyperthyroidism lead to true precocious puberty. Neurotransmission of the hypothalamus is regulated by many factors. At present, it is thought that TGF is also involved in the regulation of central nervous endocrine. Its abnormal secretion may be related to the pathogenesis of precocious puberty.
