目的探讨液氮冷冻术配合重组人表皮生长因子衍生物滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(溃疡型)的疗效观察。方法对30眼单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(溃疡型)施行液氮冷冻术配合rhEGF治疗,31眼单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(溃疡型)单纯施行液氮冷冻术治疗。术后对角膜上皮的愈合速度与透明度进行比较。结果实验组30眼,所有治疗病例临床症状好转,视力不同程度恢复,角膜透明度增加,角膜混浊面积缩小,病情稳定,无复发,有效率均达100%,对角摸组织无永久性损伤。结论液氮冷冻术配合rhEGF治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(溃疡型)有促进角膜上皮损伤修复的作用,临床疗效好,病程明显缩短,是一种简单、安全、理想的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of liquid nitrogen freezing combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative eye drops in the treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis (ulcer type). Methods Thirty eyes of herpes simplex virus keratitis (ulcer type) were treated with liquid nitrogen freezing combined with rhEGF treatment, and 31 eyes of herpes simplex virus keratitis (ulcer type) were treated with liquid nitrogen freezing. Postoperative corneal epithelial healing rate and transparency were compared. Results In the experimental group, the clinical symptoms of all the treated cases improved, the visual acuity recovered, the corneal transparency increased, the area of corneal opacity was narrowed, the condition was stable and no recurrence was found. The effective rate reached 100%. There was no permanent damage to the diagonal tissue. Conclusion Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined with rhEGF in the treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis (ulcer type) can promote the repair of corneal epithelial injury. It has a good clinical curative effect and a shortened course of disease, which is a simple, safe and ideal treatment.
