受访人小资料昊建中,男,1956年5月生于上海。1978年华东师范大学外语系日语专业毕业后留校任教。1980至1982年攻读该校图书馆学专业,获文学硕士学位。1982年起在上海图书馆工作,1985年任上海图书馆副馆长。1988年在英国威尔士大学学习图书馆学与情报学,1992年获哲学博士学位。2002年1月起任上海图书馆馆长和上海科技情报研究所所长。主要社会职务有。2010年上海世博会主题演绎总策划师,国家哲学社会科学基金项目学科评审组专家,中国图书馆学会副理事长。上海市图书馆行业协会会长,国际图联管理委员会两届委员(2001—2003年,2003—2005年),上海交通大学、华东师范大学和南京政治学院兼职教授,硕士和博士生导师。2002年获国务院专家特殊津贴。出版有《21世纪图书馆新论》(包括日文版和台湾繁体字版)、《The Library of the 21st Century》(美国长河出版社出版)、《世界经典图书馆建筑》等专著十部和论文百余篇。
The petitioners Hao Jianzhong, male, born in May 1956 in Shanghai. After graduating from the Department of Foreign Languages, East China Normal University in 1978, he stayed on to teach. From 1980 to 1982 to study library science in the school, a master’s degree in literature. He worked in Shanghai Library since 1982, and was the deputy director of Shanghai Library in 1985. He studied library science and information science at the University of Wales in the United Kingdom in 1988 and a PhD degree in 1992.
