工程造价不仅关系到施工企业的经济利益问题,同时还关乎着工程质量以及工程进度的问题,不仅如此对于造价的有效还能够最大程度上保证工程经济效益和社会效益的顺利实现,因此对于造价的控制一直以来都是施工单位给予重点关注的管理环节。本文笔者结合自身多年从事工程造价的工作经验,对在实际工作中影响工程造价的因素进行重点的分析,并对降低工程造价的措施谈一谈自己的看法。
