高职院校的思想政治工作向来都是一大难点。特别是因为高职院校的学生在思想价值观念、性格特点、知识结构等各方面都趋向于多样化。而高职院校的思想政治工作普遍比较呆板、单一,没有什么创意,不论工作的方法、内容还是观念都比较传统,没有新意,对高职院校的学生来说根本没有任何吸引力。目前高职院校都在开展教育信息化,思想政治工作也要抓住这个契机进行改革,才能尽快改变老样子。
The ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges has always been a major difficulty. Especially because students in higher vocational colleges tend to be diversified in their ideological values, personality traits and knowledge structure. However, the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges is generally rather rigid, single and not creative. Regardless of the methods, contents and concepts of the work, the ideological and political work in the higher vocational colleges is rather traditional and has no new meaning. It does not have any appeal to students in higher vocational colleges at all. At present, both higher vocational colleges and universities are carrying out educational informationization. Ideological and political work must seize this opportunity to reform so as to change the old way as soon as possible.
