为宣传贯彻国家标准GB 3102.8-82《物理化学和分子物理学的量和单位》(以下简称《国标》),全国量和单位标准化技术委员会、中国国际单位制推行委员会和中国化学会于1983年10月29日至11月2日在无锡市联合召开了宣贯《国标》的专业会议。有关教育、科研、出版和学术刊物等部门的代表共57人出席了会议。胡日恒教授和傅献彩教授参加并主持了会议。
In order to promote the implementation of the national standard GB 3102.8-82 “Physical chemistry and molecular physics volume and unit” (hereinafter referred to as “national standard”), the national volume and standardization Technical Committee, China International System of Units implementation of the Commission and the Chinese Chemical Society in 1983 October 29 to November 2 jointly held in Wuxi City declared a “national standard” of professional meetings. A total of 57 representatives from education, scientific research, publishing and academic publications attended the meeting. Professor Hu Riheng and Professor Fu Xiancai attended and presided over the meeting.
