8月29日,出席1964年北京科学讨论会的阿富汗、智利、日本、朝鲜、索马里、泰国、越南等各国农业科学方面的代表,参观了我国植物保护科学普及展览。 首先由中国植物保护学会副理事长沈其益教授向前来参观的各国代表们表示热烈欢迎,并介绍了植保展览会的目的及筹备和活动情况。接着,代表们参观展览,各国代表对科学普及展览感到很大的兴趣。阿富汗农牧学院院长植保系主任奥勒克寨依
On August 29, delegates from the agricultural sciences of Afghanistan, Chile, Japan, North Korea, Somalia, Thailand and Vietnam attending the 1964 Beijing Science Symposium visited the Plant Protection Science Popularization Exhibition in China. First, Prof. Shen Qiyi, vice president of the Chinese Society for Plant Protection, extended a warm welcome to the delegates from all over the world and introduced the purpose, preparation and activities of the Plant Protection Expo. Afterwards, delegates visited the exhibition and representatives from all countries were greatly interested in popularizing the science exhibition.
