一、中心概况(一)历史沿革西南政法大学的前身是1950年成立的西南人民革命大学。1953年,以西南人民革命大学为基础,合并四川大学、重庆大学、贵州大学、云南大学、重庆财经学院的法律院(系)成立西南政法学院。1978年,经国务院批准为全国重点大学恢复招生。1979年,开始招收法学硕士研究生,是改革开放以后全国首批硕士学位授权单位。1993年,被国务院学位委员会批准为博士学位授权单位。1995
I. Overview of the Center (I) Historical evolution Southwest University of Politics and Law is the predecessor of the Southwest People’s Revolutionary University established in 1950. In 1953, based on the Southwest People’s Revolutionary University, Southwest University of Political Science and Law was formed by the merger of law schools (departments) of Sichuan University, Chongqing University, Guizhou University, Yunnan University and Chongqing University of Finance and Economics. In 1978, the State Council approved the resumption of enrollment for the national key universities. In 1979, began to recruit Master of Laws, after the reform and opening up the first batch of master’s degree authorized units.
