随着计算机网络信息技术的迅速发展,社会对既掌握档案管理专业知识和技能,又具备较强计算机网络技术能力的复合型档案管理人才的需求量大大增加。传统单一的档案管理人才培养模式已经远远不能满足现代社会档案事业的发展需要。本文仅对中小企业公共服务平台网络环境下如何以社会需求为导向,做好复合型档案管理人才的培养工作提出自己的一些看法和建议。一、培养中小企业公共服务平台网络环境下复合型档案管理人才的重要性
