驻政[2015]23号各县、区人民政府,开发区管委会,市政府有关部门:为深入贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中、四中全会精神,认真落实《河南省人民政府关于进一步完善社会办医支持政策的意见》(豫政[2014]54号),加快我市社会办医步伐,尽快形成多元办医格局,满足群众多样化、多层次医疗卫生服务需求,现就进一步完善社会办医支持政策提出如下
