国卫人发〔2015〕47号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生计生委、中医药管理局,新疆生产建设兵团卫生计生委,国家卫生计生委、国家中医药管理局各直属联系单位:为贯彻落实中共中央、国务院有关人才工作精神,加强卫生计生人才队伍建设,根据机构改革、职能转变工作需要,我委制定了《国家卫生计生突出贡献中青年专家选拔管理办法》,请遵照执行。
