短期内查清和落实大面积水保措施数量、质量及其时空分布，是提高水土保持减水减沙效益分析计算方法中“水保法”分析研究水平的关键问题之一。本项研究提出在大面积上实施航片抽样调查方法技术，通过基本资料分析整理、预备调查、制定抽样设计方案、样本航片调绘，最后应用样本成果推求总体及修正常规统计资料，并对结果进行了精度评价。
