基于山西地方原材料,依托山西省吉县至河津高速公路项目工程,针对山西省内公路桥梁上部结构常用C50高性能混凝土,研究了不同养护条件下,混凝土弹性模量随龄期3d、5d、7d、28d、56d增长的发展规律。利用数理统计方法对混凝土弹性模量试验数据进行检验评定,对试验结果进行回归拟合,建立了混凝土弹性模量与龄期的双曲函数模型、对数函数模型以及指数函数模型。对比分析表明,混凝土早龄期弹性模量能够达到28d的80%以上;同龄期时同条件养护低于标准养护;标准养护条件下混凝土弹性模量推荐双曲函数,同条件养护下推荐对数函数。
Based on Shanxi local raw materials, relying on the project of Jixian to Hejin Expressway in Shanxi Province, the C50 high performance concrete commonly used in the superstructure of highway bridges in Shanxi Province was studied. The elastic modulus of concrete under different curing conditions was studied with the age of 3d, 5d, 7d , 28d, 56d growth of the law of development. The mathematical model was used to test and evaluate the elastic modulus test data of the concrete. The test results were fitted by regression. The hyperbolic function model, logarithmic function model and exponential function model of concrete elastic modulus and age were established. The comparative analysis shows that the elastic modulus of concrete in early age can reach more than 80% of that in 28d; the same curing condition is lower than the standard curing condition at the same age; the hyperbolic function is recommended under the standard curing condition, and the recommended logarithm under the same curing condition function.
